Singer Sunmi said she had a borderline personality disorder in the past. It’s on Mnet’s “Running Between.”
In “Running Between,” which aired on the 16th, the running crew expressed their feelings and strengthened their deeper friendship.
On the show, Sun-mi talked about various emotions with Hani, Chun-ha, Yoo-ah and Chu.
Sunmi, who chose “Expecting,” “Confident,” and “Disappointed,” recalled the time when she left the Wonder Girls and said, “If it’s hard, it’s right to rest.”
“When I took a break, it was when I left the Wonder Girls,” he said. At that time, it was more heartbreaking than being sick. I was given a lot of time to think about myself in this situation, as I debuted as a solo artist and came back to work with Wonder Girls.”
Five years ago, Sun-mi, who was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, said, “It kept bothering me. Fortunately, after the diagnosis, I received treatment and took medicine, which made me feel better.”
“Anyway, I have to solve something fundamental to make the people around me feel comfortable. People around me are having a hard time because of borderline personality disorder. I want everyone around me to be happy, and I don’t want to be harmed because of me,” he said. “I want to give love.” But I think that’s because I want to be loved. I think we should have stopped at that time,” he said in tears.
“I made my debut too early and started my social life. We spent that time in the car when the self was created in adolescence. We don’t have to worry because we’ve cut back on the medicine we take now.
The crew members shed tears when they heard Sunmi’s sincere confession. Hani said, “It feels like I’m walking one step at a time, so I said, ‘Cheer up’ and ‘Fighting’. “It was because all I could do was listen,” he said. “I thought (Sunmi) was so cool.”
Sunmi said, “I felt that Hee-yeon, Jiwoo, Chung Ha, and Xia were cheering inside,” and added, “I think that’s why I was able to speak with courage.”
On the other hand, borderline personality disorder is characterized by high emotional ups and downs due to very unstable emotions, behaviors, and personal relationships and high fluctuations.
