Blood pressure rises after C-section birth
Q: My blood pressure has increased temporarily since I gave birth through a Caesarean section.
I came back to normal during my two-week stay at the cooking center, but it rose again after two weeks.
It’s been about six months since I gave birth. I recently checked my blood pressure and found 125/88, 120/86. I don’t know if it’s okay. I’m breastfeeding, so it’s hard to take blood pressure pills. I’m hesitant to visit the hospital for some reason. My blood pressure was about 110/70 before I gave birth. Can blood pressure rise so suddenly after childbirth?
